1. For Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please follow the steps below:

* Unboxing Video Required: Record a clear unboxing video (without cut or edit) while opening the package (before using or trying the product). Should report with in 24 hrs of delivery

* Send the Video: Share the video with us on:

* Resolution Options:

* We will issue a full refund within 7 working days after verifying the issue.

* Or, if preferred, we will dispatch a replacement item within the next working day, subject to availability.

2. For Other Return Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not liked)

If you'd like to return an item for personal reasons, should report with in 24 hrs of delivery, please note the following:

* Return Shipping: You must ship the product back to our address at your own expense.

* Condition Requirement: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with original packaging.

* Use DTDC, India Post, Blue Dart or Delhivery (DO NOT SEND VIA PROFFESSIONAL COURIER)

Refund & Deductions:

* Once received and verified, we will process your refund.

* A minimum deduction of ₹200/- will apply for the original packing, shipping costs and other combined processing charges.

* If more than one item is return each item will be deducted with ₹85/-

* This deduction may vary depending on the weight and size of the returned shipment.

Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Orders are generally processed within *1–2 business days* after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Estimated delivery timelines are *3–5 business days within Karnataka, **3–6 business days across South India, and **4–8 business days for the rest of India*. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as *Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post*, and other reliable logistics providers. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS wherever applicable.

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible locations. We request customers to place COD orders only if they genuinely intend to accept the shipment. Odave Mane reserves the right to cancel suspicious COD orders or restrict COD service for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us through WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. If we cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or any other operational reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
